Everyone and their dog knows of a real estate agent be it a friend or family member. That’s great to know one but more importantly to have one that is current on what’s going on in the housing market is the difference between getting a home you want vs settling for something less then what you wanted.

Bonus: Something special about our purchase process was that we bought our home amongst housing prices being on the rise at a rapid rate. In our agreement we agreed to pay x amount over the appraised value. Our offer was competitive and the sellers agreed to do business with us. The appraisal came back less then what the sellers had anticipated and ultimately Cameron positioned us within the agreement to be protected and saved us from spending more then we originally planned.
